3rd Place: Simon Fraser University

The novelty in the HAWGen (Heat driven and Sorption assisted Atmospheric Water Generator) developed by Simon Fraser University in Canada lies in creating a consistently humid ambient air flow within the unit, resulting in an air-to-water generator that can operate even in hot and dry climates where conventional systems fail. This system can produce up to 27 litres of water per day.
