MEET THE WINNERS

The third cycle was launched on November 16th, 2020. On January 11th, 2023, 11 winners from 8 countries were awarded for their technologies that produce, distribute, store, monitor, desalinate and purify water using renewable energy.

In the 2nd cycle, 10 winners from 8 countries were selected and recognized for their breakthrough solutions that overcame the challenges faced in getting access to clean water.

In the first cycle, 10 winners from 8 countries were the first recipients of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Water Award for their innovative solutions for water desalination and purification.
