Finnish start-up Solar Water Solutions collaborated with UAE’s P7 Global to design a scalable, solar-powered Reverse Osmosis plant. Their technology has the capacity to produce 100 litres of clean water per hour and can be easily adapted to meet the needs of people in developing countries. Their technology has demonstrated 40% energy recovery and lower environmental footprint compared to existing methods.
